SAFER BY DESIGN
RAPIDETCH's use of negative pressure pumping technology provides an inherently operator-safe interface. Acid flow is regulated by the drawn vacuum. No seal = no vacuum = no acid flow!
PRE-CAVITATION
Pre-cavitation can be applied to many types and style of package for several reasons, such as directing acid flow to the area of interest on a package, and removing materials which cannot be readily removed with acids.
ULTRA TEC offers both mechanical and laser systems to allow for samples to be pre-cavitated, with final chip access to be effected with RAPIDETCH.
