Description
Antireflective Coating Consumables for ARC-lite
The ARC-lite fluids are a crucial component in the use of ARC-lite Antireflective Coating System. The range includes a standard Coating Fluid, a highly thermally stable “FIB Friendly” fluid and a solvent for coating removal and re-application.
To get the best results from the ARC-lite process, the starting surface should be flat and polished, and contain no surface irregularities.
